Hi, I’m Liz
I’m a yoga teacher, knitter and avid chocolate lover.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and in Jan 2017 I completed my 200 hour vinyasa and restorative yoga teacher training. Since then I have taught regular classes in London and whilst travelling in New Zealand. I have now moved to Colchester, which I love, and have been teaching here for the last 5 years.
In October 2020 I gave birth to a beautiful boy. This propelled me to complete my pre and post natal yoga teacher training with Sally Parkes. I then had a baby girl in 2023. Having so recently gone through the journey of being pregnant, giving birth and that crazy first year I can’t wait to share my knowledge, experience and to hold space for others going through it too.
Each class I teach I encourage you to listen to your body, providing options to take it easy or go deeper into your practice as you wish. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes or be an experienced yogi to join my classes. Just arrive on your mat and enjoy!
I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre and Post Natal yoga.
I’m really passionate about the countless benefits that yoga can offer to everyone; from increased mobility, mindfulness to gaining awareness of our physical bodies and beyond.
